Unable to export L2 map to VISIO 2010
Dears, I got the following error when I try to open VISIO 2010 after installing the visio-addin: "Unable to load the OpManager Add-in: Access to the path 'C\Windows\System32\logs.txt" Antivirus + firewall are disabled. Administrator account is used in the installation. Any ideas? Thanks,

OpManager linking to ServiceDeskPlus
Hi, I'm trialing OpManager and ServiceDeskPlus and for some reason I am unable to create a notification rule to log a ticket. I have linked OpManager to SDP successfully and it has created a blank ticket, so it should be all ok but for some reason I am unable to create a notification rule. Is there any setting that I need to set on the user account in SDP that OpManager uses to login and create tickets? Cheers

OPManager Virtual servers not visible in fluidic UI
Hi, When i add a new virtual server in opmanager i can do it without a problem but when i try to see it in the list of my virtual server is not displayed, but when i switch to "Fluidic UI" the virtual server is displayed. Do you know why is not displayed in the old UI? OPManager version: 11600

Hi, We upgraded our OpManager NMS to version build number 11600 yesterday and our URL monitors have stopped working. The alert says Reason : Host Unavailable but the sites are up and accessible. Details: These are normal internal websites (not https) The URLs are accessible from the OpManager server They use Windows Domain authentication There is no proxy server in use The cryptix-jce-provider.jar file is still present in C:\ManageEngine\OpManager\classes on the OpManager server Any suggestions?
Custom Dials
Hi there, Using Opmanager...V11 It would be very helpful to have some diagnostic tools or documents on how the custom dials work. What the different fields in the xml files relate to, the different types of dials I can have.. I can get some working and others not - even on the same device. It seems odd that one of the most helpful things (and coolest looking) is the most hardest to get working. Data is being returned when 'testing' the monitor... Any help etc...would be most helpful. Notifications process broken in new API client
We recently just had a problem where a user overwrote a profile that was tied to hundreds of servers using the new OpManager API client. So we lost alerting on individual drives, windows services, processes, etc. The problem is when they went to make a change to the profile they were using the new API. In the Old UI if you went to a server, clicked on notifications and clicked on edit the profile...the profile would list services and drives "specific" to that server. And you were only modifying
Stuck in Overview dashboard
I have searched high and low for others that may have had this issue. When I log into OpManager I go to the normal Overview dashboard. The problem is I have no menu items, nothing but the widgets that associated with the overview dashboard. It was working for some time then I began working with the CCTV. This feature is nice and looks great on a 42inch monitor in the department. I can log into other desktops and My profile is fine and works great. It is when I log onto my normal workstation

We need to able to use fields from device notes created additional fields in work flows. Example. We have small retail/branch sites that use CradlePoint Routers. These routers VPN back to our data center. We monitor the router via the Private Inside IP address. Once in a while we get a IPSec Tunnel that locks up and we have to manually reset it. We have created a field called "Static IP" which is the public IP of the remote Router. So here is how we would like to do the workflow but it is not possible

SQL 2014 not displaying databases on named instance AG
Using Windows 2012 R2 server with MSSQL 2014 configured in a 2 node Availability Group. The named instance shows up but does not display any databases or stats. OpManager build is 11500. SMTP and WMI credentials test successful. Is this supported? If it is, how do I get the databases to display?
Unable to add ESX host - Is there any restriction ?

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to re-add the notes field in the API view for device availability? Currently it is rather inconvienent to have to leave the API view in order to enter notes explaining why something was not available for a specified time. It was a very useful feather in the orginal view and very unfortunate we lost it in the API view. Thoughts? Thank you. Rob
Android Opmanager app - no devices shown
Running Opmanager build 11100 and have android opmanager app version 1.2 Tried with SSL activated and deactivated. At the moment just trying with wifi on same network as the Opmanager server. Dashboard shows the correct number of devices and alarms. Devices shows "no data found" and doesn't list any devices. Device details does not show any utilization information. Have i missed something in the configuration or poor app? Also tried ipad app, but it never connected at all.

However, non of the fixes I have read about from recent years have worked for me. ia32-libs has been removed and is replaced in functionality only by 3 other packages. File monitoring with string alert
Hello, I am unable to monitor a file with string alert. I succesfully installed the agent on the monitored server (Windows 2012 R2). The monitoring server does access it since it can check the file existance. But, it does not initiate alert when the file contains a specific string I wrote ("error"). Changing opmanager_snapshot_dial.xml to have a working Snapshot dial
Hi, We have Opmanager...I'm trying to change the dials on the snapshot for Spectracom Frequency References. I followed the instructions....and no matter what I do I can not seem to get the "Number of Satellites" to show the number of satellites. I do start and stop the servers between changes to the xml file. I've attached hopefully enough information in the attached files for someone to tell me what I'm doing wrong. Clasification of devices in opmanager
Dear support , I want to know how opmanager classifies devices, i have like 1000 devices monitored in opmanager and all automatically calsified if its router or switch, but now we are changing our network infrastrcture and we have problem of clasification of devices, we have lots of Cisco switches (cisco WS-C2960-24LC-S (PowerPC405) processor (revision D0) with 65536K bytes of memory.) but this all switches opmanager recognized as ROUTER not SWITCH its problem for us at it do not applied correct
OPMANAGER showing Duplicate vms
Hello, Not sure why that is happening but when I discover windows 2012 Hyper-v it is discovering duplicate vms. like I have only 7 virtual machines on a HOST and it shows 24. See picture attached. We are adding via Add Hyper-V Host wizard with SNMP and WMI credential. We are running Opmanager Enterprise 11400 on one central server and 4 probes. vCenter 6 in OpManager 11.6?
My company is testing OpManager (11600) and we could not add the vCenter 6.0 to OpManager, we tested with the Virtual Appliance and the vCenter on Windows, not we succeeded in any scenario. The OpManger 11.6 is compatible with VMware vCenter 6.0? I did not find this information in the product documentation. Best regards!

Invalid Purchase Message
Today we upgraded Opmanager to release 11600 from 11500. Once the patch was installed and the server restarted we get a message on the top of the application to "Get Quote|Purchase" the product. This is strange considering the product has been purchased and we have a valid AMS until 10/25/16 12:00 AM. Waiting for your suggestion/fix to resolve the issue.

Hi, I'm getting: Error parsing MIB:LOQ-MRCPv1Server-V1.my Exception while loading MIB:Could not parse the file D:/ManageEngine/OpManager/./mibs/LOQ-MRCPv1Server-V1.my. The error occured at the line no: 871 ,column: 25. 1. The keyword 'ACCESS' or 'MAX-ACCESS'may be missing. or 2. The keyword 'SEQUENCE OF' may be missing. or 3. The syntax with invalid subType construct. I did check the file for the missing keyword but could not find it. Also not sure about the line number listed, I believe it does
