I got the following error when I try to open VISIO 2010 after installing the visio-addin:

"Unable to load the OpManager Add-in: Access to the path 'C\Windows\System32\logs.txt"

Antivirus + firewall are disabled. Administrator account is used in the installation.

Any ideas?
