I cannot get Opmaanger to integrate with Servicedesk. We only have domain accounts for servicedesk, so I have been trying mine. For this example:

My Username: UserA

The Domain: mydomain.com.au

The Domain as it appears in Serverdesk: MYDOMAIN

The Servicedesk server: myserver, IP: 192.168.0.1

The servicedesk port: 443

the servicedesk protocol: http

I have tried the below without success:

Servicedesk Plus Login (with AD Auth selected): UserA, MYDOMAIN\UserA, UserA@mydomain.com.au, MYDOMAIN.com.au\UserA

Server where servicedesk Plus is running: myserver, myserver.mydomain.com.au, 192.168.0.1

None of these combinations have worked.
