OpUtils Latest Version Install Ubuntu 14.04.2 64-bit

I have scoured the forums and see that his has been a continual issue with 64-bit across all the Mange Engine products. However, non of the fixes I have read about from recent years have worked for me.
ia32-libs has been removed and is replaced in functionality only by 3 other packages. There appears to be a new push for Multi-Architecture installations.
Here is what I am seeing....
After setting permission and execution settings on the file, I initiate the installation with
sudo ./ManageEngine_OpUtils.bin -console
that gives me the following output...
As others have reported, for years it seems, this is where the installer stops.

So, finally we come to the question, can I install OpUtils on the latest 64-bit Ubuntu server? If so, can anyone tell me how? I am moving away from an older installation that has been on Windows XP. It seemed like a great idea to go with a linux install but I am regretting it...
