We have Opmanager...I'm trying to change the dials on the snapshot for Spectracom Frequency References.

I followed the instructions....and no matter what I do I can not seem to get the "Number of Satellites" to show the number of satellites. I do start and stop the servers between changes to the xml file.

I've attached hopefully enough information in the attached files for someone to tell me what I'm doing wrong.
