We upgraded our OpManager NMS to version build number 11600 yesterday and our URL monitors have stopped working.

The alert says  Reason : Host Unavailable but the sites are up and accessible.

Details:

1. These are normal internal websites (not https)
2. The URLs are accessible from the OpManager server
3. They use Windows Domain authentication
4. There is no proxy server in use
5. The cryptix-jce-provider.jar file is still present in C:\ManageEngine\OpManager\classes on the OpManager server
