Iphone 8 not installing Apps
iPhone 8 Not installing apps. – I tried configuring 2 iPhone 8's, the first one has installed everything okay ect, the 2nd one, doesn’t want to install anything, I have tried re configuring it, re assigning it and everything that can be done. I tried another one from stock again and its doing the same thing.
Asset Tagging not displaying correctly on iPhone 8
we have recently started to push ME MDM out onto iphone 8's the Asset tagging we have set through the profile displays fine on our current ipads and iphones but is not displaying correctly on the iphone 8, has anyone else experienced this? Incorrect Positioning
Can't setup VPN server name with port like hostname:8443
Hi Team, when I try to configure the VPN profile for Palo Alto VPN, the web GUI does not let me put the servername with the port like "vpn.ovel.ru:8443" It does accept the server name without port though, but this will not be a working solution. The Palo Alto VPN client (GlobalProtect) can accept the port ( i can configure it manually). The web gui also doesn't accept any specific app name (on the bottom of the page). Please fix it if possible. Thank you!
ME MDM NFC Enrollment App
I am trying to set up my NFC Enrollment App. I have it installed on an Android device. I enter the MDM Server Name and Port and I constantly get "server not reachable" I can access the server via the same name in a web browser, but not from the APP. I'm confused as to why and could use some assistance setting this up. We are just testing DesktopCentral and MDM, and I want to love it.... but so far I'm having a hard time. Thanks anyone/everyone.

Application updates within MDM
Hello, We currently have a mobile device with MDM installed and using PowerApps on Kiosk mode. Occasionally when PowerApps has an update released, it seems like the device is trying to update the app and in doing so, causes the app to hang and the only way around this is to disassociate the profile, update the app and re-associate it. Is there any better way of doing this - potentially not automatically trying to push the update out to the device causing it to hang, but potentially controlling these
EMM Token Enrollment - Samsung Devices
When enrolling Samsung devices via EMM, there's a whole set of default Samsung apps that do not get installed that would otherwise be on the phone if enrolled via user invite or if the device was setup out of the box. For the most part it's not a problem to install apps again from the Play Store but the Samsung Galaxy Store app is not in the Play Store and can't be re-installed from what I can tell. Hi, Do the MDM device email addresses have to be unique? Can I set-up multiple devices with the same email address? Does the email address have to exist? I know it's used when the passcode is changed but is there anything else which may be affected? Bob
Remote Control Android Samsung no longer working
Hello, I have been setting up our samsung galaxy tab S3 devices to be able to remote control them but the remote control function seems to have broken over the weekend. They were working great last week on all 8 devices I setup but every single one of them lost this functionality. Delete an AD User Group
Hi I was testing the new feature of being able to create AD User/Device Groups. Can I now remove AD User groups? I've disabled AD group sync from the Active Directory tab under enrolment but all our AD groups are still listed in the device management tab. When I try and delete one I get an error - "Groups synced from the AD cannot be modified or deleted." Can they be removed?
Can not enroll device take 2
Seems as though my last post was deleted so I'll tray again. Can not enroll an Android 8.1 device. Send by invitation. Personal device. Install the MDM app on the device and it authenticates. Work profile starts to be installed onto the device. The icon to the MDM app then disappears and I get something that states "OperatorPluggin has stopped working". The device does not finish setting and remains as "Yet to Enroll" in the console (Cloud).
I broke AD Integration
Due to a fat fingered mistake, I removed the link between my Zoho and AD account. After this the AD sync for users stopped working. When going to Enrollment > Active Directory, my domain is shown as integrated. But when I click the finish button, I I just get brought back to the same screen. I attempted to start over by removing my domain from the zoho business account and by removing the enterprise app from the Azure AD portal. The domain still shows as integrated though. Our tablets are unable to update to the latest version of our application. it keeps throwing us an error for every tablet that we try to update: APK installation failed: [INSTALL_FAILED_VERIFICATION_FAILURE] I have tried a few different methods. It has only been delivered successfully to 1 tablet. from all the other tablets i have tried it has failed with that error. I did a quick google, and it says to make sure that you allow apps unknown sources/apps to be installed which is set on all the tablets.

So I have an Android device (Samsung Galaxy S9) that was previously enrolled in MDM by token for testing, has since been removed and re-enrolled through NFC enrollment to Samsung Knox but doesn't appear in the MDM enrollment devices. I deploy a lot of Samsung Galaxy Tab A devices to our environment. All of them are enrolled in ME MDM and they all use Kiosk mode to control the applications our users can access. In some, but not all (12 out of 30) devices are not reporting that the created profile is being applied correctly. The list of devices for this group show many devices as "Notification Sent" and "Profile will be applied next time it is online". However these device to appear to be online. Hi, If i un-tick Employee-owned devices in our Device Privacy then it states what the Default Device Privacy policy is for BYOD devices. How do i change those? Active directory enrollment error
I made some test to enroll tablet devices trougth active directory on my local machine, i tested all the things posible and all worked fine. We decided to instal the aplication on a server and everithing was ok untill i tried to enroll trougth active directory. The device send this error "Introduzca la dirección de correo indicada en el correo de inscripción". Something like "Enter the email address of inscription email" and i dont know were to find it!!! help me please.

VPN in Android profile
I'm testing the trial version of MDM Plus, and I'm creating an Android profile and deploying without issues. However, there is no option to configure a VPN. Looking at the user guide it should be there, but it's not. What am I missing?
Failed. Server session invalidated. When associating a profile
I keep getting this error on a specifice profile and I cannot figure out why. Thing is that it still associates with the device and configures it. The only things i have configured are passcode, restrictions, wifi, wallpaper.
QR Code needs updating after changing port
After installation I realize that I needed to change the port. That was easy enough, and only had a couple test devices that will need to be wiped and re-MDM'd. But the QR Code is still stuck on the old port number. How do I force ME MDM+ to regenerate it?

Clear Passcode == Permanent Policy Violation?
While testing ME MDM+, I used the Clear Passcode function on a new tablet. It worked as expected, forcing a passcode reset on the tablet. After the tablet had a new passcode, however, the policy violation remained. Even though the new passcode is compliant with the MDM+ policy, it still complains about the policy violation. For a new customer we have created a new site, but we need to create a active directory connection so i sync the users to add to their devices.
