Mobile Device Management into Service desk plus

Hi,

I am using Central Desktop to setup MDM and it is working fine, 

Now i want to recieve custom tickets in my Service Desk plus. Like if a phone or mobile device has been off for some time. is this possible?

Or can i make a cutstom "audit" and send those as tickets to my service desk ?
