Knox enrolled device not showing in MDM Console

So I have an Android device (Samsung Galaxy S9) that was previously enrolled in MDM by token for testing, has since been removed and re-enrolled through NFC enrollment to Samsung Knox but doesn't appear in the MDM enrollment devices.  It appears on the Samsung Knox console, but not MDM and other fresh Android devices have been enrolled by this method both before and after this handset and they have appeared correctly on both systems.

Phone was factory reset after removal from MDM.

The device itself claims to be managed by the system (post Knox profile setup), but obviously as it doesn't show on the MDM enrollment I can't assign it to a user and push a profile to it.

Anyone have any ideas what I can try to solve this issue?
