Hi, I've just had an update catch-up moving from build 5511 to 5803. I've done a test password change, which appears to have worked but it doesn't show up in the Change Password Audit Report.
Architecture performance and scalability
The service desk system is filled with new features, but the architecture of the solution stands still, for example: 1. There is no Fail over services, the implementation of FOS is a warm reserve. Major Bug: Failed Tasks leaving massive Data files
When a Scheduled Task fails, it leaves massive data files within the Data directory ( \Exchange Reporter Plus\data) under in a subdirectory named after the Exchange server for which it failed. For us, one job failing for 3 servers caused a total of 10 GB of disk space to be consumed. When I opened a case regarding disk space disappearing, it was mentioned that these files are left behind and that I "could go into these directories and delete these files when a job fails." This is a 1998 solution.
URGENT Security Issue in Download Attachment API
There is a security issue with the way the Attachment Download API works. For users that are already authenticated in the application (ie have already logged in through the login page), requests to that download endpoint do not first check to see if the user making the request has access rights to the attachment that is being called for download. SPD v10510 Internal error
Hi Updated SDP v10500 to v10510 and now alot of users get Internal error message when they change stuff in requests. The problem is browser related, some users have problem in chrome/IE, for others it works. Some users has no problems at all. Browser cache is cleared. SDP v10510 SQL 2014 //Peter
Running Custom Reports
Afternoon All, When I setup and run a custom report it starts out fine. I am able to enter the criteria and run the report. However when I try to sort or export for some reason the number of records jumps into the thousands. The majority of the results don't match my criteria after sorting or exporting. This happens to all reports. I have never seen anything like this. Ed
Publish other changelog
Hi Currently, to know what's changed in desktop central you have to enter your current ME DC version's number and then you see a whole list of changes. But when you install an update, another changelog appears which shows the changes clearly per version number. I find that one to be much more useful, to know whether or not an update is necessary for me. Could you please publish that one on your website?

Issues with pasting images into requests and solutions
I'm using SDP 10512 with Firefox 69 and Chrome 77. When using Firefox and pasting an image into a request, the image gets pasted twice. When pasting into a solution, it also gets pasted twice. When using Chrome, I'm unable to paste an image into a request--nothing happens. HOWEVER, I can paste an image into a solution without issue. Is there a solution or workaround to this? Thanks.

Chrome on IPad does not allow to set start tabs

When I CC someone on an email and the CC'd person replies it does not show that it is coming from that person and instead it shows that it is from the original requestor. Is there a variable I can put in the reply template that would have the email address of the person replying?

Image not showing up in expiration notification email
I'm having an issue with the password expiration notifier tool. I've inserted a company logo image into my notification emails, however when the email is sent, the image shows up as a broken link inside the email. I've tried inserting the image as both a PNG file and a JPG file.
Deleted technician still visible
Hi, Have a problem with a deleted technician that is still showing up when adding or editing requests. I can't find the technician in the admin module (technicians or requester) or cmdb, but i'm able to find him as "resigned" in the DB. Is there a mssql query i can run to completely remove him?

Business Rules
I have configured a business rule that should the status of a request from open to waiting customer when the ticket is replied to with waiting customer in the body of the message but this fails to execute. Outgoing E-mail Notifications
I am having some issue regarding the outgoing automated e-mail from the system. I have some screenshot that will help describing my situation here. The first and second picture are not the e-mail we are expecting, and we cannot find out the problem that caused that e-mail being sent. Meanwhile, the third picture is the one we are expecting.
