Outgoing E-mail Notifications

I am having some issue regarding the outgoing automated e-mail from the system. I have some screenshot that will help describing my situation here. The first and second picture are not the e-mail we are expecting, and we cannot find out the problem that caused that e-mail being sent. Meanwhile, the third picture is the one we are expecting. We sent two different e-mails with the same account, and with the same content and subject, but receive a different return. I was wondering why this could happen. Does anyone know why?
