Cookie bug removes domain name at login

Hello,

I've reported this a few years ago before, but the topic is gone and not resolved. So here is a new one, because the problem still exists.

When a requester sends an email to our servicedesk, they receive a notification mail with an URL like http://servicedesk.[ourcompanyname].nl/[nameofcustomer]/WorkOrder.do?woMode=viewWO&woID=[ID], because their account Login URI is http://servicedesk.[ourcompanyname].nl/[nameofcustomer]. If one of our technicians is assigned to that ticket and clicks on that URL, a cookie named CLI will be saved on her/his computer. By the way, we actually use HTTPS, so why the URI starts with HTTP I don't understand.

If the technician wasn't logged in before, she/he will see the login screen without our domain name and only Local Authentication in the domain list select. When the technician was logged in and logs out and tries to login again the same happens.

I discovered that when you delete this CLI cookie the domain name appears again at the login screen after a CTRL-F5. My question is: Why does this happen and how can I solve it? Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Kerim Berkeveld
