Issue when schduling a report unable to add separate email addresses.
Have scheduled a disk space report from the report itself but when adding multiple email addresses the report does not get sent. Also if you do this within the schdule report in adminstration it says enter valid email address even tho you have already enter 2 addresses correctly with a ; or ,.
problems whit opmanager, server option.
hi working whit OpManager, inside the server option we have added some servers whit operating system win 2000 server, win 2003 server and Linux, the fact is that even though the servers have been dropped, the OpManager always identified as up. the test performed was to add these servers but as desktop and now if identify when dropped and when they are up. the OpManager will have some bug in the server section? or whats happen? thanks.
Unable to effectively monitor technician handling of requests on a day by day basis
As a manager supervising technicans dealing with service desk requests, I find that using SDP, I'm unable to monitor technician's workload and progress regarding requests on a day to day basis, or at intervals throughout the day. The 'Home' tab offers limited visibility regarding current technician workload, and the Request Summary graph is only good for highlighting incoming requests because of the 'close resolved requests after 5 days' rule. Updated to the latest service pack and now my OpManager is showing duplicate devices and I'm not having confidence that it's the only thing broken. What's up with this?

Windows OS version incorrect
When I look at a report by computers and look at the computers in my Member Servers OU, the OS all show up as Windows 2003, even though several of those servers are running Windows 2003 R2.
Service Desk Plus Slowdowns
Hi Guys We are running servicedesk plus 7.6 latest hotfix. Quite often the whole application will slow down where it runs really slowly for a min, then picks back up to normal speed. We are running Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit with Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 on a Hyper V server. We have moved the application onto a more powerful Hyper V server and have seen no improvement. Data lost / corrupt database-tables - system not working correctly
Hi, we have a big problem with the support center plus: We have deleted a contact which had the same name as an support rep. Why ever the support rep was also automatically deleted from the system!!!!! Now it seems to be, that all groups, where this support rep was "interessted in" have corrupt data. -> We are not able to add any support rep to "interessted in", because in the list of available support reps is no entry shown! I don't know if there are also other tables affected, which was "linked"
After upgrade to 7512, attachments in requests point to .jsp files instead of their respective file types in Google Chrome
We just recently upgraded from 7505 to 7512. We are now noticing that attachments in requests, when clicked, are opening 'File Download.jsp' instead of the .doc or .pdf that is actually attached to the request when using Google Chrome (Firefox and IE continue to function normally). If we force the .jsp file to open in the correct application (if we know that File Download 1.jsp is a Word document, we can force it to open with Word and we are able to see the content just fine). OpManager 8721 issues
Hi, We have recently completed an upgrade to the newest version of OpManager 8721 and have noticed a few issues. Our customised Business Views are able ot be displayed any more and result in a blank page with the word "Error!" on it. We have Exchange 2010 servers that are not detected as Exchange 2010 servers and instead classify as Windows 7. Even after removing them from OpManager and re-adding. Cannot edit Business Views. remove bad snmp data
i have an snmp monitor that typically reports 0-40 units. when the device rebooted in reported a HUGE number that is throwing off the historical to graphs considerably. i would like to remove that large number so opmanager has accurate historical reporting. screen shot is below to help illustrate the issue. thank you for your time.

Windows Service Monitors Availability
I have encountered a problem with our reporting on Windows Service Monitors. I have loaded the hotfix 8721 hoping that it will fix the problem but the problem is still there. I need this report for my monthly reports which is creating a lot of problems and taking a day to give the report through. It happens when you do a report for all devices on a last month period and exporting it to XLS or PDF (Please see attachment). The report shows fine when you run it but as soon as you export it the Columns

Remote control firewall
I am receiving an error that "firewall is enabled" when trying to remote control into some of our computers. When I turn off Windows Firewall, it works. Inventory scanning and configurations work fine. What ports/files need to be opened on the client side? Also- what agent is best for managing laptops in a VPN environment. We are not going to connect to them unless they have a inside address.
Pre-install script does not work
Trying to install MS Office 2010, using a pre-install sript to determine if it is already installed. Using script from MS which is for group policy deployment. It returns an %errorlevel% = 0 if it is installed and =1 if not. I set the pre-install script settings to continue install when a 1 is returned. This does not work, the install starts either way. I have modified the script to reverse the %errorlevel% returns as 0 is not installed and 1 is installed, and modified the settings for pre-install
Incidents Remaining is 0 in a Incident Based support type by default

I installed AppManager trial edition in Ubuntu 64, but it's not starting well, I'm getting "Error in initializing relational classes in Topology Module. Unable to remove old fibre switch port monitor from database ?
we are using IBM BladeCenter with Brocade Fibre switches with Virtual connection capability. I set up SNMP monitor for swFCPortOpStatus ( .1.3.6.1.4.1.1588.2.1.1.1.6.2.1.4.* ) in Opmanager to monitor active ports incase of failure. Later I found that I can have a better monitor by using another OID. so I remove the old ones and put in the new OID (swFSPortPhyState, .1.3.6.1.4.1.1588.2.1.1.1.6.2.1.3.*). failure to search for users in AD

We are encountering performance issues when using SD+ 7611. We do have now 23.000 requests in our database and the last month we see that the performance is degrading. email alerts
I am running the latest version of opmanager and its all running well, i have set up email alerts on various issues when they arise, only problem is i get emails all night telling me that every site is down, although when i check there are no alarms and nothing in the logs, so why am i getting these emails, usually constant from about 1:30 am untill 7am then it all clears....., and nothing in logs and no alarms during this period... any ideas? Reports giving bad data/no data
I have scheduled reports that sometimes come out correct and sometimes come out with either bad data or no data. If I run the report it works fine but the scheduled report often has problems.

ELA collects logs from server but doesn't generates reports
Dear all, I'm facing an uncorrect behaviour of my ELA (build version 6.0.0, build number 6010, SP-1.0, MySQL db). If i check on the various panels, i can see that the app is correctly collecting logs from all the configured servers but, when i click any report generation link, ELA shows me a "no data available" page. The strangest thing is that if i select a date in the past, the system produces the correct report for the selected date. But after that specified date, no reports are generated at all.
