We are having a error when we try to add some device in the OPManager software. This device in question was already added however was delete after. After this, we cannot add the device in OPManager because we receive the following error: “Entries for the device are either partially added or removed.Click [here...] to remove and readd the device”.
Doing a little research on your site, we see that this is a problem that you already know, however the tool released for solution (RemoveBDentries.bat) do not solve our problem.
Our version on OPManager is 8 (build 8721).
