Windows Service Monitors Availability
I have encountered a problem with our reporting on Windows Service Monitors. I have loaded the hotfix 8721 hoping that it will fix the problem but the problem is still there.
I need this report for my monthly reports which is creating a lot of problems and taking a day to give the report through.
It happens when you do a report for all devices on a last month period and exporting it to XLS or PDF (Please see attachment). The report shows fine when you run it but as soon as you export it the Columns and variables are incorrect.
Hope someone can help me out with this problem. i have reported it previously via email to manageEngine and they said it should be fixed with the next release (which I have loaded now and still the problem remains).
