I cannot edit the leased asset notification message.
I would like to be able to edit the leased asset notification message sent to requester. The message as-is is not formatted very nicely, and there are multiple spacing issues. If there is not an option to edit this from the admin panel, where might i be able to edit it in the database? I have attached a screen shot below
Duplicate request - selected Product resets
Hi! SupportCenter Plus v 7.9.0 build 7923. Whenever we duplicate a request, the Product field resets to "Select product" instead of whatever was chosen on the primary request. Often, but not always, the duplicates also drops the contract information so we get an informational banner on top, stating that there is no contract information for the request. Then we have to edit the request, empty the user name field and select the Account once again, then type the user name and update the request. Mostly

Postgres.exe using 100% CPU
Hi All, We've recently discovered that Postgres.exe has begun using 100% CPU. If we restart the ServiceDesk service, CPU usage drops down to a normal 20% average, then suddenly jumps to 100% at random and stays there. We don't have any custom scheduled tasks configured that may trigger this event. I've had a look at the serverout logs but I cant find anything that may be useful to us. Workstation Scan: software uninstalled and reinstalled every scan
Hi, I have problem with some workstation (agent 1.0.12), looks like it's only related with IBM webSphere Application Server and MyEclipse Blue. Scan 1: uninstall of both application Scan 2: installation of both application Scan 3: unsinstallation of both application Scan 4: installation of both application and so on (see image below). Can someone help me with this issue.

SLA Violations not working as expected
We have a number of unassigned requests in our queue at present, some of which are out of their response/SLA times. Whilst the system seems to reflect the fact they have gone over their response time (i.e. notifications are sent to technicians and the symbol is displayed on the main requests screen), the SLA violated requests do not reflect that. Using computer configuration - Shortcut
I am testing this configuration to place an icon on the desktop of all users for all computers in our domain. I've specified the target application both manually as well as clicking the browse button and navigating to it but it places a blank icon on the desktop that just points to the C:\ drive. I've also included the Start in Folder to no avail. The shortcut should point to a application on a network drive. Is this a known bug or am I not doing something right? We're on build 80268.

Unable to add a new tab with URL target
Hi, I am unable to add a new tab with a URL as a target. When clicking OK, it simply reports, "Please enter the URL". I have tried various forms. The URL I want to include is the Storage view of opmanager, however I have also tried simple URL's, such as www.google.com.au for testing, and all give same result. See the screen shot attached. Unaccounted problem (Raw Data - Aggregated Data)
I have a problem, and I believe is related to raw data. The report "source" presents lower values for greater periods. At the "raw data settings", the space is set to 1 day, but the suggestion is for one hour, based on my flow rate. I realize that even before one day, the troubleshoot report does not provide data. Only show for period very close, like 2-3 hours. This may be causing problems in the aggregate data? At what time the system processes the "raw data" generating the "aggregated data"?
File Share Auditing Windows 2003 Cluster
We have a Windows 2003 Cluster with 4 file shares on it, the cluster does not show up in options for monitoring of file shares, but the member servers do show up. I added the primary server that currently has the shares in ADAudit and added one of the shares to test it out. The SACL was not applied Windows Error Code 11111. I added the SACL manually via the instructions. After that I clicked run now and after a few seconds I refresh under status it says troubleshoot. I followed all of the steps
Blank ip address column
We are facing a problem that in some of the PC's the ip address is not appearing in the column. The scanning is completed successfuly and I can view the ip address if I go to the summary. How ever in the remote control page IP is not appearing? What wil be the reason?

Users can edit disabled fields in their profiles
We are using ADselfService Plus, and have discovered that users can edit disabled fields such as 'job title', which should not be editable by the user. We have found this problem in version 4.5, build number : 4544. Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to ADselfService Plus profile edit profile page. 2. File Copy user variables
We're trying to setup a job to copy Microsoft office template files to C:/Users/userid/appdata/roaming/Microsoft/tempates and other similar folders. The default variable of "$userappdata" appears to go to Documents and Settings. With Windows 7 (and later) this doesn't work since the path is to "Users". I'm assuming this is the issue since the file copy isn't working. Is this a compatibility issue or is there a different variable or is there another way of doing this? Thanks

Reply to closed request action not working
Hello. In Self Service Portal Settings, under "When the requester replies through E-mail to the closed requests. Perform the following:" None of the options work. I have enabled "Append the reply as conversation to the request and notify technician." and tested on multiple requests, and if the requester replies to the Closed Ticket notification, the reply doesn't get appended to the conversation and the technician doesn't get notified. Hi, I updated to 8200, then to 8201 last saturday. Then, my team reported me that when a ticket is coming an unassigned first.. if "technician A" assigns this ticket to "technician B", the technician B never receive a notification by email warning him a ticket is assigned to him. Unbale to start FirewallAnalyzer after setup

Group Availability showing as Zero even though all monitors show 100% availability and health
I have an issue that has only started recently. Multiple AppManager groups are showing as zero availability, however all the monitors in the group are showing 100% for both health and availability. I shut everything down and ran repairDB, which found a range of issues which appear to have been corrected. When running it a second time everything appeared to be ok. This hasn't fixed the issue. Any idea's? Running AppManager 8610 / Windows 2003 Server / Embedded MySQL DB.
Replying to ticket generates new ticket
I've seen the previous posts before but my problem persists. When a user replies to a ticket the subject line looks like this: [Ticket: # ##2103##] Re: [Request ID :2101] : test My notification email subject line looks like this: [Ticket: # ##$RequestId##] $Title The more replies we do, the more "Re: [Request ID :2101]" get added to the subject. How do you fix this?
Incident template fields - requester view problems
I'm trying to create templates for specific requests, with specific values already chosen when the template is picked. I don't want these values in the fields to be editable, but the requester still needs to view them. In the settings for these fields, I've de-selected 'Requester can set' and selected 'Requester can view' However, this isn't working - whenever the template is loaded the requested is completely unable to see the field unless 'Requester can set' is selected, which makes no sense whatsoever.

Menu issue
When we try to open notification menu we see "Notifications + All problems" menu.
Worklog Description does not wrap
When viewing the worklog description in a request, it does not wrap in the field. It just keeps going across the page. The only way to shorten it is to manually hit enter after each line.
