issue with task (reminder, formatting)
Hi there,
ServiceDesk Plus 8.2.0 Build 8208
I set up a task with reminder [15 minutes before] as a test.
Then I got the reminder email with slight problem (problematic area highlighted):
After checking the reminder email, I checked the Task item and it has the Actual End value set to the reminder, see image below:
Also,
viewing the task details page, sometimes it gave the following "message" periodically:
The corresponding html content for ShowTaskDetails not present in parent window.
This happens on both Firefox 23.0.1 and IE 10
And I think the "buttons" are broken, right underneath the task's title - see image below.
Any advice?

I did set the Scheduled Start/End value, no value was set for Actual Start/End.Reminder details are
Task Id = 601
Created Date =Aug 15, 2013 03:18 PM
Scheduled start date =$StartDate
Due by date = $DueByDate
Title = test title
Created By : admin
Description = test description
