Error - Unable to fetch Managed Object details
We have added approximately 40 new devices to Opmanager, however most of them are un-viewable, receiving the following message for each of them: Status Message Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object :10.8.1.180 We have run RepairDB, this did not work. We have removed the device using the "Quick Configuration Wizard > Delete Device", and attempted to re-add the devices one at a time, still have the same issue. Could you please advise on how to resolve this problem? Seems to be happening
Single Sign-on Centeral - Probe
Hi, i installed 1 central and 2 proble (Windows 2008 r2), the machines are in "Workgroup" I configured the users to use domain authentication with read-only authentication detail, and it works. The read-users connect on central for monitoring the alarms, but when they try to connect to the single device, they jump to probe and it prompt again the credential for login to probe. Team Members can delete not own worklogs
Hi there, there seems to be a problem in the Projects Worklog module. Even if a user has only Team Member permission, the user is still able to delete other users worklogs. Patch Management information is not the same as in Configurations
Good Morning We have a customer which has a lot of issues on his Desktop Central, On of these issue he is having is regarding Patch Management, The Missing Patches section always is showing that the computers are missing about 1052 but this number never changes. At the same time on the configurations the number shows that about 80 to 90% of the patches were applied successfully. Client has the latest build with is 90087 and everytime we upgrade his issues on the application do not get fixed.
syslog ports not in use - no logging
hello, i just installed FWA 8.1 64bit on a Debian Wheezy VMWare. but i can't get syslog up: webinterface shows syslog ports are ok (already re-added them) but the ports wont show up in netstat. tcpdump show the firewall is sending udp packets on 1514. firewall: cisco asa - sending via netflow any hints? did i miss something? thanks in advance

There is as far as i can see an issue with the option Deploy Immediately. If you have all the patches downloaded and ready - e.g. like a software deployment, then option to deploy immediately to a number of boxes works fine. But if there are patches to download - and the job has to wait until the Download In progress has finished, then the patches job is not started straight away, the boxes have to wait until a) MANUAL service restart b) MANUAL cfgupdate run c) up to 90 minutes for refresh. Reports not working after update to 9.0 Build 9028
I have updated to 9.0 Build 9028 last night and subsequently when I try to access reports I get the following message shown on screen before being returned to the Home page. "NTLM Failed Redirecting to Login page" We use AD integration and SSO successfully so I am not sure why this error is being thrown. Support Center features stop working.
Since we installed Support Center Plus (2 years ago now) we have been having on-going, intermittent issues. Manage Engine have been contacted each time we experience these issues, however they have never been resolved, and we seem to go round and round in circles sending over support case files. Initially we had the system on a SBS2011 server with several other databases, so we moved this over to its own dedicated Windows 2012 server, hoping this would improve the performance, however it hasn't.

SSO Problem IE 10/11
I cannot get single sign on (SSO) to work with our SDP 9.0 (9023). I have followed the instructions online and in the configuration settings page for SSO. The computer account appears to be working and the configuration I entered in for SSO saved with success. However, every time I go to the SDP site in IE 10/11 or Firefox I get a challenge response (Windows Security) window from the browser. Email Address displaying incorrectly
Hi, I have recently come across a problem with my 1 email account setup through the Mail Server. Previously the mail account had settings enabled that allowed it to be able to check & send emails on behalf of another inbox. This was working fine for a few weeks through SCP and now does not. Active X remote control not working after upgrade to 90087
I upgraded to 90087 over last weekend. Remote control with Active X was working before this update. Now it is not. You can connect to computers but the desktop never shows up. If you click on Show Desktop it does not show up either. All active x settings are the same as before. It does work with java. Thanks Mike

Incident Template for Requester Drag and Drop greyed out
Hello, when I want to edit the incident template for Requester the Drag and Drop fields are greyed out. I found out, when I delete some fields in the current incident template the last 2 Drag and Drop fields are suddenly available. It is the same behavior under Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Opera. I think this is a big bug under V9.0 Build 9006 needs to be fixed. Under Build 9003 everything was fine. IE 10 Not Installing
When trying to deploy IE 10 via computer, the package gets sent and the user gets notified as designed. They click install and the client shows it is installing but eventually times out. When I look at the user machine, the installation .exe shows up in the task manager, but the CPU is 0 and the memory is at 1500K and does not move. The task eventually times out. Hi, I had to rebuild the OpManager Central from the scratch because the server get lost and I don't have any backup. I installed a new OpManager Central with the same IP address as the old one, but the Probe doesn't came up. How I can proceed? Thanks

Hi there, After upgrading ServiceDesk Plus from 8217 to 9027, searching the solution seems to be off. I thought by 9027 this indexing issue has been fixed? Please advise how to fix this. Or perhaps I need to manually re-index them again?
DC Build 90087 apache version
Hello, The newest DC build 90087 release notes stated that "Apache used in Desktop Central has been upgraded to version 2.4.10" But, I just checked using curl -i and it says it's still running Apache version 2.4.9. Was the upgrade to 2.4.10 held back?? Thanks!!

Business View Keeps Breaking
We are currently demoing OpManager in order to evaluate it as a replacement for SolarWinds. We have multiple business views set up for multiple locations. For some reason we are unable to complete one business view. it seems to break in mid creation where we are unable to add any more devices and even though the map has several devices the device count is set to 0. The only thing we can do is delete the business view and start again. However this is our second attempt and the issue has come up again.

After patches are installed using automated patch management, the user is given a countdown clock until restart. They are told that they have the option to "Click to skip reboot", but there is only a "Reboot Now" button. Problem deploying image in Os Deploy 4
