I cannot get single sign on (SSO) to work with our SDP 9.0 (9023). I have followed the instructions online and in the configuration settings page for SSO. The computer account appears to be working and the configuration I entered in for SSO saved with success. However, every time I go to the SDP site in IE 10/11 or Firefox I get a challenge response (Windows Security) window from the browser. In IE 10/11, if I enter the credential into the Windows Security window, it will pop up two more times. Then I will be presented with the SDP login page. Essentially, it is actually harder to login with the SSO configured.
To date I have made these changes to try and resolve the issue in our domain:
Added our SDP site to permitted Intranet Sites in IE (Didn’t work)
Configured in IE (Advanced Settings) “Enable integrated Windows Authentication”. (Didn’t work)
Removed our SDP site from permitted Intranet Sites in IE and added it to trusted sites (Didn’t work)
Turned on “Send LM & NTLM – use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated” in the Local Security Policy (Didn’t Work)
Out of desperation I lowered Privacy levels to “Low” (Didn’t work)
Configured “Automatic Login with current username and password” in Trusted sites and Intranet setting in IE under “security” (Didn’t work)
After all these configuration tunings, there was absolutely no difference to the original outcome. I’m still being prompted by Windows Security window 3 times and then off to the SDP login page.
Items to note: IE protected mode (in Local Intranet settings) is on by Domain GPO setting. IE Intranet security is on Medium-low by domain GPO, Trusted Sites is at Medium with no protected mode on.
Any help I can get would be appreciated.
