Searching solution not working
Hi there,
After upgrading ServiceDesk Plus from 8217 to 9027, searching the solution seems to be off.
I thought by 9027 this indexing issue has been fixed?
Please advise how to fix this.
Or perhaps I need to manually re-index them again?
