Hi,
I have recently come across a problem with my 1 email account setup through the Mail Server. Previously the mail account had settings enabled that allowed it to be able to check & send emails on behalf of another inbox. This was working fine for a few weeks through SCP and now does not.
Even after I have completely separated the email accounts to have nothing to do with each other, I face this problem - When sending replies & forwards to anyone from SCP, the system is showing the senders email address to be the incorrect one that has completely been removed. I have cleared the cache on the PC many times, rebooted, and even upgraded to the latest version of SCP however the problem is still persisting.
I have tested sending the emails to myself, and on the receiving it shows that the email has been sent from the correct address E.g. "Helpdesk@....." but on SCP, it shows the the email was being sent from "Next.Telecom@.....".
Does anyone know why this is occurring and how I can fix it? It's happening for all email I attempt to send.
