Problem with adding notification "Log a Ticket" on 10400 release

Hi,

When trying to add a notification "Log a Ticket" error message "Please configure the Mail server settings before adding Email/SMS profiles"

Integration with SDP MSP configured via SDPMSPConfig.xml and works.

Mail server is configured and a test email is coming.

Please help to fix this problem.
