User not appearing in User Logon History reports
Hi, We have a user that isn't showing in our Logon history or Logged on Users reports, even though when on the Computers section of Inventory it clearly shows his user account being logged in on his machine. Is there any way of resolving this? Could we force his Desktop Central Agent to upload his logs? Many thanks for your help!
Update install vs clean install
Hi, I compared the files in the install folder across two different types of install due to weird behaviors of our live environment (which has started with build 9020 and was updated to 9023) with a test environment (clean install of build 9023). I am confused as some binaries do not share the same md5 hashes. Can somebody tell me why for the same build I get different files ? Thanks in advance Maxime Gauthier

Java - Ready to execute
Hello everyone! I'm having problems with deploying Java to our company computers. We need of two Java versions, one is installed on D drive, one is installed on C drive. Newer version is installed first on C drive, then later older is installed on D drive. Pasted images does not display
Hi, Images pasted into the email body does not display correctly. Instead of the pasted image and the rest of the email body "pan>" is displayed. Import of switches using CSV does not work in oputils
Hello I have been trying to import switches into Oputils using the bulk CSV file import but I had no luck Below a sample of my csv file: China,switch1,readonly,v1,China,,,,,,,, China,switch2,readonly,v1,China,,,,,,,, I'm using the format that is provided as sample in the CSV import form. Custom Theme page does not refrect current setup
It is much better if custom theme editor is start with current set up. It only show default and editor. Editor is always tart with black and white theme. Even if I want to change one part of it such as some text colour, I need to do start over all settings.

Responded Time on Service Requests
One of my key performance indicators for my technician is initial response time. This is measured by Workorder.RespondedTime - WorkOrder.createdtime. It appears that the wo.RespondedTime field is not available and/or populated on Service Requests. Therefore, I cannot accurately measure initial response time on Service Requests. Is there a reason for this? If not, please fix it on future releases. I'm running 9.0 Build 9018 MSSQL. Thanks, Shannon

Forwarded or replied conversation picks up wrong date
I can't believe I have used this for 2 years and only recently noticed that when we reply or forward a conversation in a ticket . .the date/time/ and 'who did it' is copied from the ticket and not from the conversation we are forwarding or replying to. Since we have some events that span months this can become very miss leading with time. It seems to me that this is a problem with the software, since it is not the behavior I would expect. After Tickets are merged, email no longer updates the ticket
My subject line is an over statement. If 3 tickets are merged (maybe: xx101 xx150 and xx198) they typically all are on xx101. If email is sent to the ticket system with ##xx101## in the subject line, the ticket system correctly updates the ticket. However if either ##xx150## or ##xx198## are in the subject line it does not find ticket xx101 but instead creates a new ticket. This may be how it always worked.. but I thought it was previously updating the ticket no matter which of the three
New false positive for patch 15630/15631 (MS14-030) on Win 7 SP1 32/64-bit
Has anyone else noticed in the past few days that a Windows 7 patch released back in June 2014 is showing up as a false positive on some or all workstations: Patch 15630 / 15631 (MS14-030) Security update for RDP vulnerabilities Out of 180 Win 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) workstations, approximately 125 are affected at my site. How to upgrade database?
I've got troubles with production instance of SDP MSP. It's still running on mysql, but, for a year of runnig, we've restore it once from new install. Right now I run into a performance problem. My server freeze, java uses 100% of processor time and almost all 4GB memory. I can't update 8211 to 8300, because of freezes. I'm looking to reinstall SDP MSP on a new server, but it use mysql database. New install of SDP MSP uses MSSQL or postgr sql. How can I restore my backup to a new server? I want not
Cannot restart SDP
Hi, On a Windows machine, I cannot seem to get SDP to restart. I actually have to reboot the machine to have it started. I am using the installed shortcuts in the start menu "Shutdown Service Desk" and "ServiceDesk Server", but I do not have the startup splash screen. Any ideas ? Thanks Maxime
FAILED to update SDP 9018 to any other version
First time run into a problem with update SDP 9018 to any other version (I tried 9023, 9022, 9021, 9019) all stop with the same problem. Additional Fields not working as expected
I have been experiencing a problem where the additional fields I create for request templates do not always appear in the "Edit Template's" "Drag and Drop fields". In some instances the additional fields I have already created will appear there to be added to more templates, other times they won't be there so I will then add a new additional field for the exact same thing being a duplicate field. Just applied this hotfix. Worked ok except lost integration with Desktop Central. Once I regenerated the technician API key, the integration worked. i.e. (the Desktop Central button and MDM buttons were missing)

Hi, I had problem WMI data collection getting stopped since I used ver 11200, since I read issues fixed in ver 11300 "WMI data collection getting stopped while upgrading from 9410 -> 10200 -> 11100 has been resolved now." I decided upgrade to 11300 and 11400 latest version but until now WMI data collection still not running well. Replicate settings across client orgs not functioning
Hi. I'm using the MSP version of Password Manager Pro. I've setup several organisations (MSP clients). I've then created some Resource Groups and User Groups at the MSP level, and gone to Admin -> Replicate Settings Across Client Orgs. I ticked all the boxes and clicked Save. But when I log into the client organisations and check, the User & Resource groups have not changed? I also added another test client org, in case it only synced to new clients, but no luck there either. No errors are reported
Record Navigation arrows dissapear after updating an incident/request
Hello, Recently we've noticed that when updating requests the "next" and "previous" arrows that are found in the tool bar next to the Request ID: field disappear. This is very cosmetic but does impact the work flow that our technicians use. The natural time to use this feature is just after you've updated a case and are moving on to the next in your queue/view. We're adding psexec util to a remote control tool but it didn't show up in tech machine. In task manager we see that psexec is running, with user logged on tech PC, but programm didn't show up. the same situation with cmd and other executables.. what did I wrong?

Hello We have a big problem, we can't open Attached files. When we try to open the Filename is shown as something like this 'FileDownload_jsp?module=Change&ID=157809&KEY=C1C01E1C-A572-4408-ACF9-466605A0D3E7&delete=false'. Asset Scan problem
We installed Asset Explorer Agent of all computers in our AD computer through a GPO, and it works fine for most of our asset except a few. The first scanning after asset explorer agent installation was successfully finished for some assets.. Android app - Unable to contact ADManager plus server
HI all, i wonder if anyone encounter the same problem. I can use almost all the function on the app, delete user, enable user, disable user, unlock. It does take a while (10 secs) for the server to reflect its unlock when it says success on the app. But when i attempt to reset password, it just says " Unable to contact ADManager Plus server" I wonder if there is anything that I need to look into or configure? Please assist .
Unable to assign multiple requests to support group
HI. (im using 9022) When in open request view, i select multiple tickets with the selct box and then go to action > edit request. There is an option for me under "owner details" to bring the drop down list of "group" however it doesn't show any other option than --leave it as it is-- Im using IE 11
