Hi all, I have just generated a custom report and then when I tried to show its query by "Show Query" button it shows correctly the query. When a new request is created a email is send to the user with a signature. But in SD 9018 the "$EmailSignature" is not working anymore.... And so there is not email send. btw. Some schedule reports blank after 11300 upgrade

Reply Not populating To: field and e-mail alerts not working.
Just upgraded to the newest version. When replying to a ticket or a users appended message the To: field is not populating with the user's e-mail like it was before. If you manually enter the To: e-mail it attaches it to the ticket and sends it out. Also e-mail alerts for a new ticket are not being sent out. Admin > Mail Server Settings say they are running.

Hotfix 90067 - Lists of Win patches not visible
Wonder if anyone else is seeing this new problem with Hotfix 90067: When I select Patch Mgmt tab, then either All Patches or Supported Patches, I can only see Mac patches. Windows patches aren't showing up in the lists anymore. They showed up fine up until last night, when I applied Hotfix 90067. I only have Windows 7/8.1 workstations, so Mac patches aren't very useful. I can't even think of a way to deploy missing Windows patches at this point, other than using Software Deployment. 9020 - Agent Deployment hangs App
Hi, We recently upgraded from 9010 to 9020, and then upgraded from the .16 agent to the .17 agent. Our software deployment application pushes the agent to our 1300+ clients pretty quickly, within an hour or two. With the .17 agent and/or build 9020, this causes the SDP application to hang, requiring a restart. We've been using the agent since it was introduced, and deploying the same way this whole time, and we've never run into this problem before. I don't know if it's an issue with the new build

AD Import on a Linux install
We have a fresh SDP install in a Linux environment. However, when I try to "Import Requesters from Active Directory," I receive an error that states; "Active Directory Authentication is not supported in the Non-Windows installation." How can I import requesters from AD, Enable AD Authentication, and Enable Pass-through Authentication? Thank you!

Hi we have DeviceExpert build 5970 in production. When we try creating custom HW inventory reports we are unable to generate or save them. When we generate the report, it opens the home page on the popup window instead. When we save we get an error. This happens when we try selecting specific device types. I have created 11 new Custom monitors for Cisco equipment and added them to an existing (out of the box template): Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series. I have added 2 devices and all was running fine. Hi, I am having issues with the DC mac agent. I have configured and downloaded the mac agent from the SoM. I can install it onto a MacBook air and it says it is successful, however it never shows up within the inventory. Has anyone got any ideas of why this would happen? Logs can be provided if needed. Issue with Custom Views
We are running ServiceDesk Plus 9.0 Build 9012. When going to Requests, Manage Custom Views, New Custom View... If we choose "Technicians" under --Select Column--, then choose "is" or "is not", then select the "Choose" button, we should get a list of our technicians. Instead we just get the option "None". As this used to work, I'm wondering if it's a bug in the 9012 release. I didn't see a fix listed, though, in the list of fixes in the versions greater than 9012. Any ideas? Thanks!
