Mail Fetching Keeps Stopping
I realised that emails were not being recieved and after checking I noticed that mail fecthing had stopped. KB3097877 re-release
Good Afternoon, We are experiencing the issue with Outlook 2013 crashing due to KB3097877 which was released Tuesday and deployed by Desktop Central yesterday. I see Microsoft has corrected the issue and re-released this patch, but with the same KB number. Will Desktop Central still download the updated version and recognize it as a new patch to deploy even though it has the same KB number? Thanks, Matt

Cant monitor free disk space with wmi after installing Microsoft APP-V client
Servers I install Microsoft APP-V client on I am not able to monitor free disk space with wmi. I have taken a clean windows 2003 R2 server discover it with Opmanager and it finds the disks, I Delete the server from Opmanager install Microsft APP-V client an then discover the server agent and it doesn't find any disk with WMI. I am now running Opmanager Build Number: 8024
Can't Add Ping Monitor - It already exists
Hello, I recently had to delete alot of ping monitors, after finding out, they had to be put in again. When trying to add them, they say monitor already exists. I have verified existing ping monitors, there are none. Bulk modify also shows none. Any help on clearing "Phantom" monitors would be appreciated. Best regards, Carlos

Very slow when editing announcements
We're using SDP 9115 on Windows 2008 R2 and MySQL. When editing an announcement, it takes a good 30 seconds for the edit page to appear. When clicking on an announcement from the Home page, the announcement window popups up just fine. But, when you click the Edit button, it takes at least 30 seconds for the edit form/page to display. The change gets saved just fine, and saving it is quick. It's just very slow when initially editing it. Is anyone having this problem or anyone able to reproduce it?
DC do not update the primary smtp
Hi If I change the primary smtp address of a user on the MDM still remain the old one. That because the users assigned to the device is not update with AD and you can't manually change the email. If I deploy an exchange profile it will get always the old smtp to update it I need to re-enroll the device. is there a way to keep it update? Thanks regards Stefano

Service Desk SQL database growing out of control
Hi, We have service desk running on 9.1 Build 9118 with a SQL db running on another server. The database started on 20GB a couple of weeks ago, its now on 70GB. Java.exe process is using all the memory on the server where the service desk is installed. Any ideas? Thanks

Missing Change Details
Hello, I've recently noticed that a few of our closed changes are missing the majority of their details, other than the details in the 'Submission' tab. I have a test VM here with the November update for Windows 10 installed (v1511) The VM is flagged as requiring 5 patches, but these all fail with Unknown Error. MDM Exchange profile deployment on Android
Recently I noticed that you fix the issue in deploying an exchange profile on an android device. The issue was a problem with password field that if I left empty in the profile, on the device I received a credential error and I can only delete or retry. Now it works, but only if the device is connected in the same LAN, if I am outside the company I didn't receive the forms to fill the password on the device. Thanks Regards Stefano

Hi I noticed that the asset field into the request is always empty but If I look directly on the Asset management I can check the last logged user. Quarterly report not working
Hello, We have set up a quarterly scheduled report by choosing 'monthly report' and deselecting the months we don't need. However, this is not working. Orphaned and Missing VM's OpManager 11600
I'm on the latest OpManager 11600, and vm's are becoming orphaned from the vCenter, and some are missing completely. The missing VM's can be seen in the list of VM's under the vCenter, but they are not being managed, and when I manually add them, they do no pick up any VM settings (essentially orphaned from the vCenter).
Several issues with the "Select Approvers" Field
(Post relevant to ServiceDesk Plus build 9117) Hello I created a service request template with the field "Select Approvers", so the requester can choose the approver himself. I marked this field as mandatory, but this doesn't work. It's possible to save the request without choosing an approver. When I want to edit this request, the field isn't there anymore. HTML5 viewer ultra slow
Hey! Today's patch introduced HTML 5 viewer for remote controlling computers, but it is ultra slow, it needs 5 seconds to do anything. Remote cursor is slowly following my mouse, and when I click on anything, it needs 5 seconds to accept that click. both computers are good, i3, ssd, 4gb ram, and connected by 100 mbps link, so it is not hardware issue. Some users getting 'Page cannot be found' errors
I was helping two users sitting side-by-side through first-time enrollment today; both are using identical computers, both are using Chrome. Scope of Management - Add Computers option does nothing and won't let me add computers.
When I am in Scope of Management and I click on Add Computers the Add Computers page comes up. I click on Select Computers for my domain. The Select Computers dialog box opens and when I navigate to the computer I want to add I check the box. When I click ok at the bottom to add the computer it does nothing. I tried to add the name to the Selected Computers option at the bottom and it does nothing either. Any help would be much appreciated. Ed
Unable to send replies from a request to other domains
Hi there, We are having issues using the reply function as a request when we want to send to another domain. Currently we are setup with trusts so we can email through to other domains, we are able to email through our email applications etc etc (so i know it works), however we get a "send notification failed" when we try to do it from MESDP. Good Afternoon, I recently fixed about 7 machines that were showing in the Computer Audit Summary Failed section with error Asset Scanning is Locked on the Inventory tab. Remote Control does not work on large displays
I have had problems remoting into computers with large displays. The issue arises if any user has the screen size set to "larger 150%". It also arises if the users resolution is WQHD, 2560 x 1440. That is the only resolution that I have been able to try above 1920 x 1080. As we are deploying more laptops with WQHD, 2560 x 1440 resolution and many users use the larger 150% size in order to see the screen clearly, this is becoming problem for us. Hi all, after setting up a new Password Manager Server i tried to configure the SMTP Settings. But i get everytime no connection to the SMTP Server failure. At the Log files i found following entry: "Exception occurred while executing Send Email action. Business Rule Notification
I have a business rule defined which auto-assigns requests to a certain group based on the request's category. This business rule is also set to email the technicians when the business rule is executed (box is checked, technician names are selected). However, when the business rule executes, the request is successfully auto-assigned to the group, but the listed technicians are never notified. All other emails from ServiceDesk Plus are working. We're running build 9107.

Hi, After we activate and installe the SSL certificates in the settings of Desktop Central the page will not load on port 8120 (http) or 8122 (https). The service is running at both ports. ServiceDesk Plus requests not printing correctly
Hello! There appears to be a problem when selecting Print Preview on a request. Instead of printing the request as a document, it prints the window instead. This means that anything that needs to be scrolled down to view doesn't get printed. I've attached a copy of the document as it would print out so you can see what I mean. This is actually what gets printed, not a screen shot.
Bulk Importing Mail Contacts using CSV import
I am trying to import multiple contacts using the Create Bulk Contacts and importing a CSV file. I set my CSV file up based on the sample. Everything imports successfully, but when I look at the contacts in the Exchange Admin Center, their email address does not show up. They also do not show up in the Global Address List.
