DC do not update the primary smtp

Hi
If I change the primary smtp address of a user on the MDM still remain the old one. That because the users assigned to the device is not update with AD and you can't manually change the email.

If I deploy an exchange profile it will get always the old smtp to update it I need to re-enroll the device. is there a way to keep it update?
