Remote Control Error: Remote Control Port is not reachable from the client computer.

Good Morning,

When trying to access a few computers with the remote control over the WAN, I am receiving error message: Remote Control Port is not reachable from the client computer.

I checked on some of the older posts but didn't see anything pertaining to my specific error. Is there a solution to fix this problem?
