Reports in AD Audit Plus stuck every time
Every time i try to get reports from my AD Audit Server , it tries to get some data and always stuck ! the progress bar shows its working but after it reaches NEAR the end , it stucks! and it does not matter how much you wait, it wont success. in our environment , we have 4 dc and ad aoudit is connected to them. please help me fix this problem
HTTP Deployment Using Zip Files Does Not Work
Wondering if anyone out there has encountered this issue and found a solution. When I try to deploy an application that has been zipped, it fails every time and on every client. If I remove the setup executable from the zip file and deploy it then it works just fine. During the deployment I can see that the executable is properly unzipped but then it never installs the application. Software Audit not reporting the correct number of installs
We are having an issue with the software audit. As an example, as you can see from the attached, it is stating we have 2 installations of Exchange Server 2013, however, we only have one. Servers drop from System
I have two Red Hat 6.X servers that drop from OpManager about every week or two weeks. OpManager sees the servers as up because they are available via ICMP but not via SNMP. If I perform a rediscover there is no change, no SNMP data (memory, disk, process, etc.) is available. The only way to get the systems fully available via OpManager is to delete them and then add them back. No Resolved in History when all associated tasks are completed
Until the end of March, the system would insert an entry into the workorderhistory table with DESCRIPTION sdp.tasks.parentrequest.closedescription and OPERATION RESOLVED, and an entry in workorderhistorydiff with COLUMNNAME STATUSID and the previous and current values set appropriately. I am reporting this as a problem, because the query report is a workaround only. We were informed that the SDP admin cannot see all scheduled reports in the user interface by design. This is very bad situation, when SDP admin don;t have any control on scheduled reports e.g. by technicians who are no longer working. Please create query reports which can provide the below information across ALL scheduled in SDP reports: Report name \ Next Scheduled Date \ Recipients \ Techncian Name (owner)
No search results if there is a negativ sign in the search box
(build 9307) Hello We have a lot of requests with the hostname written in the subject. A hostname of ours looks like B-Luda-71. If I search the requests and write the hostname in the search box, I don't get any results. Problem with Real-Time View Plot window
I'm evaluating OpManager version: 12200 (64-bit) installed on Linux 4.4.0-62 (Ubuntu Dist) and found an issue with the real-time view plot. It appears that the Time Window field only affects the outbound plot. In the screen capture below, I show an example where the Time Window field is set to 1 minute (tested also with other values - similar results) and the outbound plot will reduce to 1 minute while the inbound plot continues to scale out indefinitely. SDP admin is unable to view all scheduled reports created by various technicians
Guys, this is confusing that the SDP admin cannot see all scheduled reports regardless who has created them. It is causing various system maintanance issues, SDP admin cannot delete or change those reports if e.g. they are targeted to wrong recipients. Please work on this ASAP. /Mar

It is a fastidious detail, but it would certainly add to the professionalism of the product if the words, particularly in the prominent sections and titles, were spelled correctly. Unable to modify Enterprise Dashboard, this restriction is unnecessary and causes problems when a widget fails
I'm evaluating OpManager for a potential purchase and have noticed some problems. I'm running v12.2 on Ubuntu Server 16.0.4 LTS. This issue occurred while trying to edit a widget. The widget disappeared while leaving a blank spot on the dashboard. As I am restricted from making any changes to this dashboard, I cannot delete and re-add the widget to fix the problem. Fetching Mail from Exchange 2010
We upgraded our Mail from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 SP1 this weekend. Workstations did not add to assets after domain scan
Hi! I got some question about domain scan in SDP. We're trying to scan a domain (~2000 workstations) but just a little part of it (~500) was added to assets. These ws's run correct agent and are online (checked more than once) and the most curious thing is that there is no error about these ws's (~1500) that haven't been added. error in bulk ticket editing - cannot select support group
please check, why it is not possible to select group (dropdown list is blank) when making bulk update of tickets via Requests modeule: "Actions" (drop down) > "Edit Request" FYI: we have discovered that when "Site" is "leave as is" then "Group" drop downis blank, if you select anything in 'Site" drop down, then the full list fo all active support groups is loaded into "Group" drop down list. why "Group" depends on "Site", this is not needed. /mar
The attachments link doesn't scroll to the attachments

Issues with iPhone App
Through the website everything works as well as with the android app. Using the Iphone app I hit "Account Unlock" and enter my Username with Domain Domain\username and get "invalid loginname or you are required to enroll to use this service" As I said: With the android app or the websites it works perfectly. Asset scanning
Dear Team I face a recurring problem while scanning assets. The best method to scan asset is using the agent . But the pb with agent is when we do scan now it always fails and give the error message machine is not available . When I have developed agent on server and VM than how to get them to scan regularly at predefine time . If I use AD scan all unnecessary detail are scan. Project template don't exist
Hi, We updated to latest version today based on the tests that was done in our test environment where no issues was found. After we have updated our production environment we can now not see any traces of project templates under Admin. Is there any scripts that we can run in order to solve this issue? We now run on build 9.3 Version 9307 with PGSQL Database.

Upgrade installs successfully but there are a ton of errors

NetFlow Analyzer shows only last 24-hr data
I just installed NetFlow Analyzer Free Edition a few days ago. I notice that the charts show the data ONLY for last 24-hrs, even if I select longer time period, like last 7-days, 30-days or Custom. I am on build 12200 and was told to apply the latest fixes and I did. Issue still remains that I cannot see data older than 24-hours. Any help will be appreciated.
Invalid License File errorCode ERROR CODE : 501
After rebooting the server OpManager won't start and I get a error 501 Invalid License file. I have version 9 of OpManager. Last time this server was rebooted was back in August of last year with no problems. The only thing different was that I added more memory to the server.

HTTP 500 issue after upgrade to v9.3 build 9307
Hi, After upgrading my ServiceDesk Plus installation to v9.3 build 9307 2 days ago we've needed to restart the windows service at least twice a day as users start to get a HTTP 500 error when trying to navigate to the site. Logged on SDP ticket # 8050692

Hello (Build 9307) I love the Feature to share requests to other users. Thanks for that! It also works to share a request to a group of people, if I select a department. If I do so, I expect that every requester who belongs to that department would get the notification E-Mail.
