We have DC which was we used to installed package in our remote location across the world.

Recently we found that, on one of our remote location we are unable to deploy package as well as windows patches. Its showing YET TO APPLY state in DC console. but nothing happen further.  

When we try to troubleshoot & check in Scope Management, the remote location was properly Sync with local office.

Kindly request you to provide us your suggestion to troubleshoot this issue.
