The searches do not work correctly, for example a request with this subject ... "WG: Pick-up-5046-5630-17361088-27112017", if we search by normal or advanced search ... the sequence 5630-17361088, we do not shows results ... Decrease SMS Verbosity
Can SMS alert messages be configured to be more succinct? For instance we are getting "roealc001w Warning – Monitor of interest : roealc001w Attribute of interest : Health Message: Health of roealc001w is warning Root Cause: CPU Utilization 55 > 50 % (threshold)." Backups Not Listed in Admin
None of my automated backups are shown in the Admin section. This started a few weeks ago. The backups are running. I can see them in the backup folder. Also I have the backup set to save only 7 days of backups. The older backups are not being deleted.
Chat Not Working
Hi just upgraded to 9303. I turned on the chat feature. I am able to initiate a chat as a requester but when logged in as a tech I do not get an alert that a chat is waiting. I do see my chats listed in the Missed chat section. Also there are 4 missed chats from my test account and yet the menu shows only 1 missed chat - IE it shows Missed (1). Shouldn't it say Missed (4)?
Encrypted HTML Export password issue
After some testing, I've discovered that if you use the "Encrypted HTML" export feature in PMP v.9.1, and put hyphens in the passphrase, you will not be able to use the passphrase to open the encrypted file. When I replaced the hyphens in the passphrase with periods, I had no issue opening the file. Best, - Steve

Request Catalog - new issue form issue
On the self server portal site we are having an issue where a service requests form details are being displayed when opening a new issue. We have the option 'combine service and incident templates' disabled under General -> Self Server settings. If we click on the 'Report an Issue' it opens a blank incident template -- screenshot 1 (expected behaviour) If we click on 'New Issue' a blank incident template appears but another forms description is displayed - screenshot 2 (not expected) The form description
Desktop Central updating SDP- Various Updating Issues
I am currently running SDP v9 and Desktop central v 8. I have deployed DC agents to all machines however I have 3 issues: 1. Not all devices are being imported into SDP from DC . If I add new devices these do seem to import however devices which were added some time ago appear to be missing from SDP. SDP shows 382 devices and DC 506 devices. 2. The device model is not being imported into SDP from DC (However DC displays the device model) 3. Lenovo model is not displaying the model name e.g. Lenovo E32

Reset local service accounts and Restart Services not working
Hi, I'm having a problem with the Reset local service accounts and Restart Services functionality in PMP. I've created a 'Windows' resources and populated it with an account which is running a Windows Service (also a local administrator). I've both the Reset local service accounts and Restart Services checkboxes checked. This functionality is working for accounts under 'WindowsDomain' resources. Thanks.
Cannot add custom attribute to printer
I am trying to add a single line attribute to the printer CI type. When clicking Add, the application is stuck on processing. Looking at server side logs, it gives us a hint, but no solution: The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "ReportColumnDetails_FK". Show Active Templates only
I have the following query that lists all Incident Templates we've created. SELECT rtl.Templatename "Template Name", rtf.Resolution "Default Resolution" FROM RequestTemplate_list rtl LEFT JOIN RequestTemplate_Fields rtf ON rtl.TEMPLATEID=rtf.TEMPLATEID ORDER BY 1 However, some of these are inactive. Hide a Service Category
Hi I want to create a load of new incident templates without anyone, including technicians, seeing them. I can create an incident template and not assign the Service Category field to an existing Service Category but it generates a fake Service Category called Others. One time password to email - can we make external email to be default?
We use ADSelfService Plus for users to unlock them selves. We use Email One-Time password as multi-factor authentication method. A lot of times, we get our users telling us that they did not receive One Time Password email, and it turns out that their email in active directory is the default email selected for One Time Password. Password enforcer
I added another computer to install the client from the console, the install was successful but when I checked on the computer I just installed the client, the custom password policy didn't appear. I waited a couple minutes and also tried forcing my group policies, but it still didn't work. Any thoughts what I am missing to push this policy to the 2nd computer?
Self Service Portal won't work
Installed the client software on two machines using the ADSelfService Plus console, and when I clicked on Reset Password/Unlock Account from the Ctrl+Alt+Del screen, the ManageEngine - ADSelfService Plus displays "This page cannot be displayed", and on the 2nd machine it says "Can't reach this page"

Wake on LAN not working
I can remote shutdown a computer but not wake up. When remote shutdown the computer completely powers off with the NIC light not blinking. According to the desktopcentral help I have read the NIC light should be blinking for wake on LAN to work. How can this be when the computer is completely shutdown ? According to Microsoft, Windows 7 & Windows 10 are designed to not work in this state (S5) and will only wake on LAN from sleep or hibernate, not shutdown, so I am totally confused as to how this

This new servicing stack update is reported as a Critical Update for WIndows 10 1607 via WSUS - yet there is no sign of it at all within Patch Management in DesktopCentral. I have done several searches - updated DS patch database a few times and nothing can be found. While DS has accounted for all other August 2017 patches - if I am to start using this on a regular basis (and retire WSUS) - it needs to have the identical patches that are offered by WSUS at all times. Server encountered RTO from opmanager everytime CLI credentials/monitors are added
We decided to configure CLI monitors in our Linux server to get the correct partition value. However everytime I'm adding the CLI credentials from the device snapshot it became unresponsive but from OpManager server only. Hope you can provide inputs on this. Thanks in advance :)

All of the built-in roles in PMP have a non-admin privilege named "Export Passwords." The privileges assigned by role and the privileges assigned by "Offline Access" are not correctly implemented. If the role you are assigned has the "Export Passwords" privilege, it doesn't matter if exporting is disabled for your user, your group, or even globally. You can STILL export all of the accounts under "Resource Actions." Finally, "Export Passwords" is a misnomer - the function actually exports the accounts

Incorrect time in the execution of the Request
The service desk has a working time from 9 am to 18. The SLA urgent plan is configured with an execution time of 1 hour. If an request arrives at 6 pm, the time of its execution is postponed to the next day and is set to 9 am, but must set on 10 am i.e. the engineer must start its execution at 8 am, but this is not working time, and request is considered to be overdue. Hi, I found problem with Requesters which imported via scheduledCSVUserImportMapping.xml Everytime after import via "scheduledCSVUserImportMapping.xml" for existing Requesters added duplicate their email aliases in the field "Alternate E-mail ID(s)" and each importing by scheduler add new duplicates! If importing Requesters via "Import from CSV" - problem not exist. How can I fix it?
Preventive Maintenance Schedules Are Empty / Blank
We are running SDP 9321 with MS SQL and I went to maintenance a preventive maintenance task and noticed that all of the schedules are empty/blank. I changed the schedule for one of the PM tasks, hit save and then went back into the PM task and looked at the schedule. The schedule is still empty/blank. Is this a known problem? Exchange 2010 (on-premises) + connectors - mail-server not function

But with the ServiceDesk Plus it´s doesn´t generates tickets. If we click on the mailfetching troubleshooting button, we gets only one blank site. I hab spent over four days, but i not found the problem, why the program ServiceDesk Plus not received and sent e-mails. Technician unable to login in
Hello, After upgrading to build 9326, we have a technician who cannot login to ServiceDesk. We have refreshed his internet setting in Internet Explorer and he still gets the error. NTLM Failing: Redirecting To Login Page. He enters his username and password and it fails. We have the SSO setup. Other techs are having no issues connecting. We have tried opening ServiceDesk in Firefox and Google Chrome and same issue. Thank you.
