Sort of related to  https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/community/topic/does-servicedesk-plus-support-approval-groups-if-so-how, but I cannot find out how to add multiple technicians to a single Site or Organisation Role - the only option I get is to add a single user.  I want to create a Role comprising multiple technicians who can approve a Service Catalog Workflow
