Hi Guys,

I am new to ME and hence this request.

This might seem a bit trivial but here we go.

I am struggling to create reports:

1) all open cases

2) breakdown of all cases open/closed, agent wise

Can anyone out there advice on how to write/manipulate a query to get the above results?
