Desktop Central integration problems
Were running Desktop Central 10.0.366. When i start the wizard for the Analytics Plus integration, it errors out and tells me the username and/or password don't match. I am one of a few administrator users in Desktop Central. I've tried Local Authentication as well as Domain Authentication. Both give me the same error message. Documentation is very laxing to say the least when it comes to troubleshooting. How does one go about connecting the analytic tool to desktop central?
Analytics Plus stops working when the trial license expires
Analytics Plus stops working when the trial license expires. At that moment I can't even see the login window and I have to reinstall the product and recreate all the Dashboards and reports I had created before the expiration of the license. Scheduled backup
Hi, I can't get the scheduled backup to work in Analytics Plus. I've set it up as the attached image shows but I can't find any backups in \AnalyticsPlus\Backup. 1) I have a user with a license who gets a message that his email address is not to register his email address. No one else gets this message. The message also says to check your yet confirmed and to check his email to confirm your registration. Update 3200 problem
hello i have problem with update my analytics plus. before update it was ver 3050, while update to ver 3200 application shows error. "error occurred while migrating postgres database" after this it was update from 3050 to 3100, next 3100 to 3140. now we have ver 3140, problem still exist, we cannot update to ver 3200. SDP Sync not getting all records
For some reason my SDP sync is running successfully but not getting all the requests. Currently on build 3140 and everything SEEMS to work but my last full day appears to be 9/8 with 2 records from 9/9. I did a manual sync this morning and it completed successfully from SDP's viewpoint at least. Anything else i can check or known issue maybe?
