Analytics Plus does not start after Installing updates

After installing two most recent patches for AAP the services now refuse to start and display error message below in the wrapper log file

INFO   | jvm 1    | 2021/06/10 08:36:13 | Problem occurred during previous patch installation / uninstallation and has not been reverted to actual state.
INFO   | jvm 1    | 2021/06/10 08:36:13 | Hence, the setup becomes inconsistent. Please contact support to resolve the problem.
