Time Spent Reports not working in 8.1
Hi, I upgraded to 8.1 on Friday. When I run a time spent report there are no values in that column. Attached is a screenshot to demonstrate. There appears to be one request which has a value but other than that all the times are wiped. Please Advise

Incompatible database version?
Hi there, I tried to upgrade my 8116 ver. to to 8121 but suddenly failed. Now i prepared one new server to restore my database while i'm checking on the current server. Once i tried to restore the database from backup, nothing happen and now both my server failed to operate. somebody please help me. is it possible because the new version 8121 not support not very old database version (build no: 8.16).... many thanks in advance

Using Contracts instead of Leasing option
I have a question to see if anyone has used contracts in a way to track leased equipment vs. the lease option. My issue is large amounts of equipment that have been leased through different companies with different EOL dates. Hi, We are have IT assets at each of our sites and log jobs against the assets. Eg a router at the site. We would like it so the site of the asset be populated into the site for the request as it is important to be able to report against these devices and we have a lot that are being missed or wrongly applied because it uses the requester's site not the Assets site.
Remote control agent ?
Good day, I have both SDP and DesktopCentral install, and I would like to start a remote control session from a SDP ticket,but when I click the "remote control" icon within the ticket it fails. The only way I've found to actually start a remote control session is to go into DesktopCentral and start it from there. How can I change the control within SDP to use the DesktopCentral agent?

Not enough space available - Service Pack installation
I am trying to upgrade from 8.1.0 Build 8116 to 8.1 Build 8119 When attempting to do so, I receive: Not enough space available for installation of Service Pack I am able to run the backUpData.bat routine and have about 300MB free (not a ton of space, but this should be sufficient?) on the drive SDP is installed on. Is there anything else I can look into?

Remove duplicate entries
Hi, we have 2 domains, and authentication via LDAP. To fill these accounts before I spent importing data from active directory, zatemzatem table aaalogin domain replaced by "-". And wire imported from LDAP. In this case, the old users can log in SD +. The last time I made a mistake and then import from AD I did import from LDAP immediately. Ability to set reoccuring holidays by day rather than date, e.g. "First Monday in June"
Hi, I have a proposed feature When inputting annual holidays, there is only the option to repeate specific dates, e.g. New Years Day. But some of our holidays occur on a specific day rather than a specific date. For example there is a holiday on "The first Monday in June". It is not possible currently to make this recurring in SDP, as the date changes each year. I presume other regions have the same issue. Regards, Fintan
