Objective
As part of compliance and best practices, it is essential to monitor the activities of technicians like Administrator, Operator or any user with any technician role in EventLog Analyzer. This article focuses on step by step instructions for tracking the activities performed in EventLog Analyzer by the technicians.
Prerequisites
Need access to EventLog Analyzer console as an administrator.
Steps to follow
Step 1: Login to EventLog Analyzer console.
Step 3: Select User audit in the top right corner.
Step 4: Select the technician you would like to audit in the Select Technician option.
Step 5: Adjust the calendar to view the activities for a specified time. (See the Image below.)
Step 6: Choose Export as and select the type as either PDF or CSV to perform a direct export of the technician activity list.
Tips
Assign a custom role for the technicians who are about to use the application based on hierarchy.
Monitor critical activities like agent management, alert modification by technicians by configuring notification for the selective.
