How to customize the columns for report export in EventLog Analyzer
Objective
In EventLog Analyzer or Log360(build 13000 and above), reports can be exported via Direct export or Scheduled Export as PDF, CSV, HTML and XLSX formats. You can customize the columns to be included during the report export. This article offers you a detailed instructions to customize the columns in Report export.
Prerequisites
Access to EventLog Analyzer User interface to view & manage the reports.
Knowledge about the report and the data requirements in performing log export.
Steps to follow
How to customize the columns for report export.
Open EventLog Analyzer user interface.
Navigate to Reports tab and open the required predefined report. You can use the global search to search for the report name.
Choose Add or Remove columns option to enable or disable the columns that you would like to view in the user interface.
NOTE: Both direct export and scheduled export will export the data based on the columns that are enabled in Add or Remove columns option.
Choose Export as option in top right of the reports box and select the file format to perform direct export.
Choose Scheduled Report to create a scheduled export pattern. Refer How to schedule a report in EventLog Analyzer
Tips
Both direct export and scheduled export will export the data based on the columns that are enabled in Add or Remove columns option.
If you modify the columns post creating a scheduled report, the scheduled report export will contain the columns that are modified during the next schedule.
You can always change the Report export limit in Settings >> Admin Settings >> Product Settings >> Product configuration. Refer How to modify the report Export Limit in EventLog Analyzer
