How to track the technician logon history in EventLog Analyzer

Objective

It is essential to have a track on technician logon activities for an application. This article focuses on step by step instructions for tracking technician logon history in EventLog Analyzer.

Prerequisites

Need access to EventLog Analyzer console as administrator role

Steps to follow

  1. Login to EventLog Analyzer console
  2. Navigate to Settings >> Admin settings >> Technician and role.
  3. To view a user logon activity of a specific technician, select "View Technician Login History" near to Enable/Disable button. Image below.

Tips

Create multiple technician accounts instead of sharing accounts to monitor the logon activity in a broader way.
