can we have query that gets all changes HW/SW (for yesterday) for all the assets in our SDP and check if there was any opened/closed change request for them in the last 2 days. this will help us get number of changes with CRF and changes without. we really need this so much. the relation between hw changes and crf should be based on assets names.

Service Deskplus Dates
Can anyone explain how dates are stored in service desk plus. I wish to write a native MS SQL query that interprets dates which are stored as data type BIGINT in MS SQL Server. I read somewhere that it is the number of milliseconds since 1 Jan 1970 but MSSQL server DATEDIFF function cannot handle a BIGINT value so I assume some other method is used to convert from the BIGINT value to a valid date. I need a report that shows the top 10 service requests grouped by category, sub_category for the past month. Has anyone got a similar report I could look at. I have developed a script in MSSQL Management Studio but unsure how to filter dates which are stored as integers. When I run the same query in SDP it does not format correctly. Running SDP 8013. Saving New reports
When saving a newly created report and choosing the number report folder to save to, we do not get a full list of folders. I only get 24 folders to choose from. After saving this report, if I then save it again (ie create a copy) and go to the report folder drop down I get a full list of my report folders along with a scroll bar on the drop down. Please can this be resolved ASAP as it is making it difficult for our users to create new reports.

How to know the memory type and frequency of client PC?
I want to know the RAM/ memory type (i.e DDR1/ DDR2 etc) and its frequency (533MHz/ 667MHz etc) on the client PC on which SDP client is installed.. Please advise on how to view the RAM type as well as RAM frequency of the memory fitted in client PC such that the details are visible in the central console. It should display the frequency of the RAM as 667MHz etc as available. However in the Memory Type column should show results as DDR1/ DDR2/ DDR3/ SDRAM etc as available. How to ensure this?

SDP - Sheduled report arrived to wrong recepient
Hi, We have defined 7 custom reports, listing all submitted requests for the previous week per site. Each report is scheduled to be emailed to a respective site manager every Monday at 7AM. It happens, that randomly a manager of site A would get the report intended to be sent to the manager of site B.
