Report per user (requester)
Hi, in my company there are Sales department, IT support dep. and the others less relevant in this case. Account Managers (members of Sales) are creating requests and I need a report per manager. I created a report very similar to what I want to achieve, but in this report all requesters are present in the report. A report to show which workstations have Static IP's
Hello, I am wanting a report that I can run, that will show me a list of workstations with DHCP (No). I noticed when I click on an individual workstation and Edit, I can see where it shows DHCP (Yes or No) drop down menu. Is there a way to run a report that will give me a list of workstations that do not have DHCP enabled ? Thanks in advance for any help.
Report request - software installed in specific department
Hi, i would like a report which does the following please: Workstation Summary Reports Software Summary Report But, additionally, it should display the User and only display a specific department's Workstations. I would then wish to copy and modify the department for each manager. Then I wish to provide it on their ServiceDesk Plus portal so they can run it live themselves. Can you help with this please? Departments not updating in reporting
I'm running a report for Users by department. Some of the users have the wrong department listed. I went in and fixed the departments in Active Directory and re-imported Active Directory and re-ran the report. Same users still have the wrong department. Feature Request - Received Reply Red Flag.
We would like to request the ability to de-flag a request when a user replies to an email. Most Technicians use the incoming red flag to evaluate when a request is ready for further action. Query required - missing work logs on closed requests

Custom Report for upcoming due dates
I am wanting to run a custom report on a regular basis that lists the tickets that have due dates within a specified number of days. For example, the open tickets due within the next 3 days. I can do this if I create a custom report and then manually adjust the dates. Is there a way for it to calculate the dates or pick an option of DueByTime less than x days? I couldn't find one and looking at the queries for other reports, not sure how to designate that in a query.
Report: Requesters without requests
I recently deleted THOUSANDS of Active Directory accounts from my domain and would like to clean out the requesters in Service Desk that do not have any requests. Then import my Active Directory again to get a "fresh" list of requesters. Can I recieve a custom report to find requesters that have no requests in the system so I can delete them? Thank you

Custom Report - Breakdown of number of notes
Hi, New to doing custom reports. I have tried to find a report here which will allow me to see the number of notes my IT techs are putting on their tickets for each month. I am unsure if this can be achieved with this product. My aim here is to firstly find any incidents which do not have any notes but also find incidents with minimal documentation (notes). Custom software asset cost report
Hello, I have begun entering all of our software license information into the asset - software - software license section. I would like to be able to pull a report in say January that shows the total cost for all licenses that need to be renewed that year, and then a monthly report that shows which specific software is up for renewal the next month. I have combed the custom reports (cmdb modules) and I can not figure out how to do this. Has anyone done anything similar? thank you!
