Hi, i would like a report which does the following please:

Workstation Summary Reports
Software Summary Report

 

But, additionally, it should display the User and only display a specific department's Workstations.

 

I would then wish to copy and modify the department for each manager.

 

Then I wish to provide it on their ServiceDesk Plus portal so they can run it live themselves.

 

Can you help with this please?
