Technician Productivity Report
I need help with a reporting issue. I cannot see any simple way to do this.
What I am needing is to create a scheduled report that shows (in a single report) the total number of requests, problems, and project tasks that a technician has completed during a give time frame.
Can anyone show me what I am missing?
