Reporting: How to add in "Advanced" (Custom Report) a date format "Weekly"
There is only Year, Month, Day, Time, Year-Month and Year-Month-Day. No Weekly. But I need to produce a weekly report for Open, On Hold and Closed requests How can I do it?

I am looking to create a matrix report that covers a 1 month period that is broken down by weeks for incoming tickets and completed ticket totals per week. I would like to have a chart graph with output. Is there an easy way to do this, I can't seem to see this in report viewer.
Exception errors when running reports

Report to show Category structure
Is there a way to generate a report that will list out our category structure? For example, We have several categories that start with "SD ". Ideally the report would Show the top category, then sub and items below it. Example: Top - SD Builds sub- Buld item- New Build And so on through all matching categories? I am on version 9_9012 using MSSQL.
Running a report that displays time spent on Problems and Requests
I need to create reports that can show a technicians time spent on both the Problem Module and the Requests modules. Is there a guide or something that I can use to figure this out? I can only seem to create reports that show me one or the other. Thanks.
Problem with getting full description from email conversations

Request for specific Report
Hi there, I have a request for a report to deliver monthly report about how many hours have been spent on those acitivities. I have a group "Verwaltung" and they use Category "Verwaltung", Subcategory "Hausverwaltung" and the elements "intern" and "extern". Now I need a report that shows the time taken to solve these issues. It is not important if the requests are open or closed. The result should be available as Excel file for further calculations. Ticket Aging Report
Our current helpdesk is able to produce a report that summarises ticket age as a percentage of all tickets in a given timeframe (e.g. this quarter). Time Spent Technician not being assigned
When a work log is created the Time Spent Technician field is not being populated. I assume, not being able to see what is behind it, that the Owner of the work log should be in this field. This is causing me an issue with a report for time spent that I am running where the Time Spent Technician is being returned as "Not Assigned" and Time Spent is not being returned for the work logs on the requests.
Administrator changes report
Hello team, Just wondering if there's a way that I can get a report of which Administrator made what changes on ServiceDesk Plus? We have more than one administrator and we have updated the latest hotfixes. Work Log report for Tasks
I am trying to create a report of time spent on project tasks vs. the task estimate. If I create a Custom Reports and go to the Time Spent module, it is only for request, not tasks. If I go to the Task module, there is no time spent information. Here are the columns I'd like to see in the report: Task ID Title Milestone Title Owner Percentage of Completion Task status Time spent on the task to date (Worklog total) I'd also like to filter by Project name. Report on average time ticket open for
Hi, is there a way to produce a report that shows the time a ticket has been open for - IE the time between being logged and completed? I can do a report with time logged and then time completed in seperate columns, but i've got no idea on how to get the figure out of this when i'm looking at 1000s of tickets. thanks

I have created 2 custom fields on our request templates but I cannot find them in the database to pull them in for reporting purposes. We are creating a process for tracking KTLO time (Keeping the Lights On). We are using tasks to do this and having technicians enter their time in the Estimated Effort fields. They do two tasks; one with a title of "KTLO Time" and one with "Total Time Worked."
