Hi We have created a report that shows us each department and how many requests they are putting in with the full count at the end, we would like to sort the count to have the highest on the top. Reports not working after update to 9.0 Build 9028
I have updated to 9.0 Build 9028 last night and subsequently when I try to access reports I get the following message shown on screen before being returned to the Home page. "NTLM Failed Redirecting to Login page" We use AD integration and SSO successfully so I am not sure why this error is being thrown. Also, although I am not sure this is relevant, when I go to Admin -> Zoho reports integration I get the following error FAILURE :Exception in displaying zoho reports configuration details. Please

Problem with reports and VM duplicate!
Hi, we have recently installed version 9 build 9028 of Servicedesk plus and we found two problems: 1) In the assets, the VMware virtual machine are duplicated; 2) The mail alert containing the Inventory Audit Changes have attached pdf empty. Tickets reassigned by technicians in the last month
We are running ServiceDesk on MSSQL. Is there a way to produce a report that shows which tickets have been reassigned from technicians? It would have the following layout: Original Technician Name Request # Subject Notes Date Created Requester Current Technician Request Status It would be really good if the report could show how many times the ticket was reassigned, but I would be very happy with the report above. Query to return requests using custom additional fields
Hi, I want to create a report to select all requests filtered on a user generated additional field, this can't be done using the servicedesk reports so I need to query the back end. I need a list of requests using a particular template, with the requester name and request description, plus the three additional fields. Also need dates. Thanks.
How can I use the date of the last email to the requester in a report?
I want to create a report that lists all open requests that have not had an e-mail to the requester in X number of hours. For instance, the report might show any request for which an email has not been sent to the requester in 48 hours. We want to establish an internal SLA which states that no request will go more than 2 days without the requester receiving an update as to the status of their request and need this report to help us identify any requests not meeting that SLA.

Cannot get custom reports to save
After making several custom reports in the previous days, since yesterday I have been unable to save any reports= I press the button but nothing happens!? I should like to be able to save a report to use the format as a custom report but currently I cannot do so! Any ideas?

Problem when dealing with Query Editor from a custom report ?!
Hi all, I have just generated a custom report and then when I tried to show its query by "Show Query" button it shows correctly the query. I would like to generate a report from Incident Requests module which should show me all tickets that were reported in last 2 weeks (fortnight) and their respective status, requester, technician etc and in the same report it should also show all the tickets that were resolved in the last 2 weeks, i.e All tickets with Created Time = last 2 weeks & Resolved Time = Last 2 weeks It becomes a bit tricky when done from custom reports because in date filter i could enter just 1 filter either
Report Generation Time VS Time Change
I have a number of reports in the service desk plus system (on demand ). These reports have been scheduled to automatic generate every week. To extend the explanation, they will be generate every Monday midnight (or 00:00). These generations are the Central European Time (CET) zone. On October 26th, 2014, all CET time will be minus one hour. Do we have to change the report generation time later one hour to stay at 00:00?

Custom reports are not saving
I have a few users that are trying to create custom reports and save them. They have full rights to reporting through a custom role I set up but they can't create a folder or file. It says it saved successfully but nothing shows up. Is there a group of rights I am missing?

Report to track time worked
We are trying to find a way to use ServiceDesk Plus to tack time spent on a particular item. We want to be able to get a report that would give the total time worked on for this particular task and the total time the technician worked in a day. We are trying to use tasks with 2 work logs to accomplish this. One work log is for the total hours in a day the technician worked and one for the total time the technician worked on a specific item.
