Report for average resolution time per SLA
Good afternoon, In order to verify if we are fullfilling the SLA of each region, we need a report with average resolution time per SLA. One global, and one per region and site if it possible. We are using MS SQL and our version of SDP its 8.2 Thanks in advance.
How to get report for incorrectly categorized incident requests?
I need a report to check how many requests were not correctly categorized, i.e. the fields were entered with wrong value.

ServiceDesk Agent - Computer isn't sending information
ServiceDesk Agent - Computer isn't sending information to our servicedesk. It works fine on some computers but i've noticed we've got some HP Laptops that have come in and it scans for the information on the computer itself, picks it up and seems to send it, however Servicedesk either doesn't receive it or won't accept it for some reason. Hello We have a difficulty with creation custom reports in Service Desk system. We need to create automatically every morning three kinds of reports: 1) A report where "Planned date" is "Today" 2) A report where "Planned date" is between "Today" and "Day after Tomorrow" 3) A report where "Planned date" is less than "Today" First kind of report is simple to create, there is an option "Today" in available ranges. Hi all, I need a software report with the following information: - Specific Software Name - Installed workstation - assign user - user department - Site - Filter by the field "installed on" in a specific month we need to know how many "Adobe Readers" was installed, lets say, in july. Hello, I need to be able to run a summary report on archived requests to be able to show the number or requests raised by group each month (this can be done for normal requests but I am unsure how to do this for the archived requests). Request Timespent Report Missing Work Logs from Tasks
When running the Request Timespent Report by Technician the data is missing all of the Work Log which had been added within a Task. I have one technician that has been creating tasks and then adds his Work Log within the Task, and while it does show on the ticket and even under the Work Log it does not appear in this report. It seems it only is picking up Work Log time that was directly added as work not those which had been added within a Task. Does anyone have a modified query for this report

I am working on creating a custom report for our contracts. Our fiscal year runs from 4/1 of the current year to 3/31 of the following year. I was going to base my report of the existing "this year" functioanlity and then do a calculation to add 3 months to the where clause for the date to compensate for the offset of our fiscal year period. I need a report that will give me the ownership changes of our assets for a given timeframe.
