I've searched the forums, but can't seem to find what I'm looking for.  I'm trying to figure out a way to create a line chart that will show tickets opened versus tickets closed in order to show senior management the trending work loads.

Has anyone created this report, or does it exist as a canned report?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
