Hi, we have recently installed version 9 build 9028 of Servicedesk plus and we found two problems:

1) In the assets, the VMware virtual machine are duplicated;

2) The mail alert containing the Inventory Audit Changes have attached pdf empty.

Some of the forum has found solutions to similar problems.
