Which field to use for customer categories
Hi,
We have a requirement to create reports for different categories of customers that we deal with & i am not sure which field (or custom field) is best for the job.
for instance, in our african office, the categories would be mining, ngo, & other
your thoughts? is there a field that covers this, or would you recommend to create a custom field? Perhaps IT Services List?
