In Internet Explorer 10, I hovering over the subject of a ticket to preview it.  currently, after updating to 9038, this does not show a properly formatted preview, but shows the formatting instead.

Category: -

 

This is happening in Internet Explorer 10 for sure.  Chrome seems to be working fine so far.
