Ticket Aging Report

Ticket Aging Report

Our current helpdesk is able to produce a report that summarises ticket age as a percentage of all tickets in a given timeframe (e.g. this quarter).

Would it be possible to produce a similar report in Service Desk?

Example output is:

Ticket Age (hours)
         0-24: [][][][][][][][] 80%
       24-48: [][]             10%
         48+: [][]              10%
